7 days returned and exchanged guarantee after received the items and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are going to return or exchange our items or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and with tags intact and attached. Before making the returned and exchanged please contact us to confirm the returned and exchanged issue and the detail returned and exchanged address will be sent to you.

For the shipping cost:
If this is the items' problems such as the items were damaged when they were in transit, the returned shipping cost will be paid by the seller, if the reason is the customer subjective's opinions such as the items don't be liked by the buyer when the items have been received, the shiping cost including the delivery and the returned both will be paid by the buyer.

For the customized or personalized order:
Please note that the items will be not accepted for returning and exchanging, as we have confirmed the every detail step with you and get your approval before the process, then finished the production and arranged the shipment.

For exchanges:
When making the returned and exchanged, please note the reason together packaged with the returned items, if you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, signs "Replace a Damaged Item". If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, signs "Replace a Different Item" and please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Or we just give you the rufund of the difference of two itmes after receive the original items and arrange the replacement for you again.

For shipping terms:
we strongly urge you to ship the items with insurance and safety express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and it will protect packages from lost in transit and please use our original package to avoid the items are damaged in transit, we are NOT responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit, if it occured,the buyer should pay all responsibility for all the lost. Please be sure to send us your tracking number and tracking website after returned.

For Refund:
After the returned or the exchanged has been received, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process. Normaly the ruturned will be refunded via PayPal,and the paypal account should be supplied to us. Then the confirmed e-mail will be sent to you when your refund has been processed.
